“I’ve used this roll-off dumpster service a couple of times for my projects, but yesterday’s pickup was a complete disaster. They damaged my gate and two fence panels, and then tried to blame it on me, claiming the fence and gate weren’t there when they delivered the dumpster – even though I had photos showing they were installed just a few weeks prior. After initially agreeing to cover the $700 repair cost and apologizing, they suddenly reversed their position and insisted it was my fault. It’s unbelievable that they’d deliver a dumpster so close to my property and then shift the blame. Honestly, it’s incredibly frustrating and unacceptable that they won’t take responsibility for the damage. I’m really disappointed with the lack of accountability and the wasted time dealing with this situation – a simple, experienced driver could have prevented this entirely. I’m not pursuing this further, but I want to warn others: be aware that this company doesn't seem to accept responsibility for their mistakes.”

Instead of simply knocking on the door and checking the address, he parked a large dumpster on my lawn and then went straight to looking around my backyard through the windows. It quickly became clear he’d gotten the house number wrong – he was three houses over. I contacted the company and explained the situation to the secretary, who seemed confused about what the issue was. It was a very strange and unprofessional experience.”
