  E&J did an absolutely fantastic job building my two-car garage – I couldn’t be more pleased! They took care of everything from the footers and foundation to the framing, roofing, windows, and siding, and they did it all efficiently and professionally. The pricing was fair, they were always on time, and the work site was consistently kept clean and organized. Darwin was particularly helpful, quickly and easily accommodating some small changes I requested, which I really appreciated. They even did a beautiful job redoing the gutters on the rest of my house. I’ll definitely be hiring them again for future projects and wholeheartedly recommend their team. report abuse

  Overall, I’m really thrilled with my new bathroom – it looks fantastic and everything’s holding up great after four months. E&J Contractors did a fantastic job creating a space that’s exactly how I wanted it, and I’d definitely recommend them. They really stood out from the other contractors I contacted, offering a much more personalized approach. They allowed me to choose everything, from the tiles and tub to the vanity, and Wesley was incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to find that perfect marble detail for the threshold and even hand-cleaning the tiles when they needed it. That said, there were a couple of things that could have been better. Communication was a little challenging because most of the workers didn't speak English very well, which meant I wasn’t always involved in the final decisions, like the arrangement of the tiles in my shower niche. I also discovered a manufacturing defect with the showerhead a month after installation that wasn’t immediately addressed. Despite those minor issues, I’m so happy with the result and the team at E&J Contractors were a pleasure to work with. I’ll definitely be reaching out to them again for any future projects.” report abuse

  “I was really impressed with Mr. Darwin and his team. His estimate was incredibly well-organized, which was a key factor in my decision to hire them for our 26x26 garage foundation. They were incredibly efficient – they tackled the grading, footers, and slab work and passed inspection in just under two weeks!   I can’t recommend this contractor. Honestly, my neighbor’s experience with them was a really frustrating one, and it unfortunately led to a similar situation for me. They seemed to operate based on stereotypes, and I really wish I’d done more research before hiring them. They completely botched a simple gutter job – it was shockingly bad, and I have serious doubts about the quality of work they do on anything bigger. They even messed up my neighbor’s small project, causing a leak that was clearly due to poor workmanship and a lack of proper sealing. When I brought it to their attention, the co-owner tried to “fix” it, but it was just another terrible job, and frankly, the damage was too extensive to salvage. I quickly realized I was wasting my time and energy trying to work with them, so I had the entire section removed and redone by a different contractor. I ended up paying a significant amount – around $700 – but it was absolutely worth it to avoid further issues. They seem to focus more on showing off their expensive bikes than actually delivering quality work, and I wouldn’t trust them with any project. report abuse

  E&J did a fantastic job transforming my kitchen! They completely updated the space by removing the dated tile and dark granite countertops, plus the stained ceramic sink and backsplash. Thankfully, my existing cabinets were in good condition, so they just added new handles and pulls – which really made a big difference in the overall look. report abuse
