  “I was really pleased with the service I received. After a frustrating experience with my Home Warranty’s initial plumbing provider, I contacted this company and Richard was fantastic. He was incredibly knowledgeable and polite, and he quickly and effectively fixed my plumbing problem in under two hours.   I’m incredibly disappointed with the service I received. The plumber was dishonest – he told me the job was complete when it clearly wasn’t. The part he said he needed was ordered on February 9th, and it’s now March 28th with no sign of it, and no communication from them at all. I’ve been bounced around to the same person repeatedly, who promised to look into things but never followed up. They closed the case without actually fixing my kitchen sink. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend them – it feels like a complete scam and a waste of my time. report abuse

  I want to express my sincere gratitude for the outstanding service we’ve consistently received from American Plumbing, particularly Mr. Mahammad and his team. My daughter, the representative who handles our calls, is always incredibly responsive, and Mr. Mahammad goes above and beyond to get things resolved quickly. We recently had a major issue with several broken pipes, and within ten minutes of me calling, Mr. Mahammad himself arrived with two workers, followed by two more an hour later. It’s clear they truly care about their customers and don’t leave a job unfinished. They work with us on payment arrangements and are incredibly reliable. I’ve been a loyal customer since I moved to Birmingham in 2015, and it’s because of Mr. Mahammad’s dedication and his team’s commitment to excellent service.   “I’ve been incredibly impressed with American Plumbing over the past year. They’re truly the only plumbing company I’ve worked with that’s shown such dedication and care. The owner, in particular, goes the extra mile – I heard he was working late into the night, even down in the mud and water, to fix a major water pipe issue.   “I was really pleased with this plumbing service. I had a tricky leak behind my water heater, and several plumbers I contacted just wanted to replace the whole unit.
