  “I contacted Mr. Drippy about a water issue in my basement, and I was really impressed with the service I received. Kevin handled my initial call and quickly arranged for Johnathan to come out and take a look. Johnathan was fantastic – he thoroughly diagnosed the problem, explained the different solutions available to me, and clearly outlined the costs for each. I appreciated his honest and straightforward approach. After considering the options, I decided to replace my old sump pump, and Johnathan returned the next day to complete the installation. He carefully removed the old pump, installed the new one, and then made sure everything was working perfectly before cleaning up his tools and workspace. What really stood out was when they noticed the leaking hose bibb and fixed it right away – I’ve been dealing with that for ages!
