  “Overall, the work they did on the house was pretty good, but I was a little disappointed. It felt strange that the main plumber was sitting in the van while someone else, an apprentice, handled the detailed analysis for our warranty jobs.   “It was a really awful Christmas Eve to discover a pipe had burst in our kitchen ceiling. We were scrambling to find a plumber, but most were closed for the holiday, and the few that offered 24-hour service simply didn’t answer their phones.
