They were really thorough, even using a camera to identify some potential issues further down the drain, and gave us a clear plan and a fair quote that we agreed to. Both Joseph and Rob were super friendly, really knowledgeable, and just incredibly efficient. Then, just the following Monday, Joseph came back to fix a continuing leak, and he apologized for not spotting it sooner. I really appreciated his honesty and how quickly he took care of it.   Eli was fantastic – we were really impressed with his service. We had a tricky situation with a hidden leak and he quickly diagnosed the problem and got it fixed efficiently and at a really fair price. What really stood out was how skilled and resourceful he was; he didn't even need to rely on fancy equipment. He was also just a really nice guy – punctual, professional, and completely trustworthy.   “The plumber did a fantastic job installing the P trap – it’s working perfectly. However, the biggest issue was the mess left behind during the process. Water sprayed everywhere, soaking up my tools, the sheetrock, and creating standing water in my garage. Unfortunately, the sheetrock was completely ruined. While I’m pleased with the quality of the plumbing work itself, I’m very disappointed that the crew didn’t take the necessary steps to clean up after themselves.” report abuse
