Everyone I interacted with was incredibly helpful and friendly – the woman who handled my work order was especially nice and took the time to fully understand my issue. The technicians were fantastic too; they called ahead to let me know they were finishing early and asked if they could come sooner, which was a huge convenience.   Drain Werks did a really great job – they were super responsive and kept me updated throughout the whole process. The plumber was thorough, diagnosed my drain issues clearly, and gave me a straightforward estimate with no hidden fees. Overall, I was really pleased with their service. However, I do feel like plumbing costs have been increasing, making it difficult for many people to afford necessary repairs. report abuse

  Eli was fantastic – he arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issue with my hot water heater, and, incredibly, didn’t charge a service fee. He even braved the pouring rain to install the new one the next day. I really appreciate his professionalism and efficiency! report abuse

  “I was really pleased with the service I received when I had a new dishwasher installed. It turned out I needed a new water connection first, and thankfully the team also took care of a few other issues – they installed a new faucet and sprayers in my sink and even diagnosed my water pressure problem. They’ve now identified that I need a new PRV, and I’m waiting on an estimate for that. Hunter and Blake were fantastic – so professional and friendly, and clearly knew what they were doing. I’ll definitely be using them again next week to get the PRV replaced, and I’d happily recommend them to anyone!” report abuse

  Drain Werks were absolutely fantastic! We called them when we were experiencing a serious sewer backup, and they quickly pinpointed the issue – it turned out to be a problem with the main line. They wisely recommended we contact the county environmental office, and thankfully, they were right. The county agreed with their assessment and is covering all the repair costs! We honestly estimate we saved ourselves thousands of dollars thanks to their expertise. Chance and Marcus, in particular, were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to figure out the root of the problem and recommend the best solution for us.   I was really disappointed with the service I received. The technician came out, gave me a quote after I explained exactly what needed to be replaced, but only completed half the work. I wasn't present when he finished, so I didn’t get a chance to see the quality of the job until I got home. Frankly, I could have tackled the issue myself for around $72, including gas. The work was sloppy and, unfortunately, my pipes are still not draining correctly. I won’t be recommending this company to anyone and won’t be doing business with them again. report abuse
