  Sam and his team did an absolutely fantastic job with our new flooring! He really took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for, and then they knocked it out in just under three days – which was amazing, especially considering the downstairs area was over 1750 square feet.   Honestly, the price seemed really good at first, but I’d definitely recommend going over the entire job description with the owner beforehand. Unfortunately, there was still some extra prep work needed on the day of the job, which I think was partly my misunderstanding. However, when I brought it up, the owner was incredibly insistent that *I* was wrong and he was completely right – it was a really frustrating experience. I ended up canceling the job immediately. If you really take the time to clarify everything in writing and understand the scope of work, then they seem to be fairly priced, but communication was a huge issue for me. report abuse
