  We were so thrilled with our experience using Builders Flooring & Design! It was our first time working with them, but thanks to a recommendation from a friend, we decided to give them a try, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. They installed new laminate, carpeting, and granite countertops, and the whole job turned out absolutely wonderfully. The installers were incredibly prompt, polite, and professional – they were genuinely respectful of our home and very courteous. One of the installers, Nik’s son, was a real pleasure to work with.   “We were absolutely thrilled with the entire experience we had with Builders Flooring & Design. From start to finish, the team went above and beyond. Caleb was our project manager and was fantastic – so knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly organized. Sean, Keith, and Austin were also fantastic, working quickly and efficiently. But the real star of the show was the installation team – Mario, Sergio, Luis, and Paco. They took such pride in their work, and you could really see the difference. And we really appreciated Nik, the owner, taking the time to check in on our progress. Caleb was fantastic – he listened to what I was looking for, showed me some great laminate options, and helped me choose the perfect floor for my tri-level home with all those stairs. The installation itself was amazing; Kelly helped me stay within my budget and the whole team, from the cabinet installers to the baseboard guys, were incredibly professional and did a truly top-notch job.
