While the existing floors in our house presented some serious challenges, they consistently showed up on time and put in a huge amount of effort.   I am incredibly disappointed with the service I received. I made an appointment after securing financing through this company, and they completely missed it, costing me a full day of work and a huge disruption to my home. Despite receiving a confirmation text, I was left waiting in a chaotic house while they admitted they had no record of my appointment. It escalated from there – they didn’t order the carpet, and the staff were dismissive and frankly, rude, yelling at me. They sent only one person to install the carpet on my 2,000 square feet, requiring my husband to help move furniture, and they refused to reimburse us for the extra effort. Now, the carpet isn't even properly installed, and we’re stuck paying someone else to fix it. This whole experience was incredibly stressful and unprofessional, and I wouldn’t recommend doing business with this company. report abuse
