“We were absolutely thrilled with our new LVP flooring – the service was fantastic and the installation was done exceptionally well. Our installer was fantastic, and we’re so happy with the finished product. Thank you!”

“We were really pleased with our new backsplash – it looks fantastic! We got it installed through Home Depot, who then partnered with Western States Flooring. They were incredibly helpful and even managed to get us the materials a day early, which was a huge bonus. The installer was particularly helpful, pointing out that Home Depot had mistakenly provided us with the wrong grout color and some unnecessary items for the project. Overall, we absolutely love the finished result!”

I was extremely disappointed with this company’s service. While I want to start by saying the installers themselves were fantastic – incredibly hardworking, friendly, and did a truly excellent job. Unfortunately, the overall experience was marred by a complete lack of communication and organization. They never provided us with timely updates on the schedule, and we had to go through Home Depot to even get a timeframe. When they finally did arrive, they’d already reassigned our job to a different installer due to a full day, and then called us again with a significant delay – ultimately arriving at 6:30 pm after we’d taken the day off work. The appearance of the truck was also unprofessional, which is concerning given their contracts with companies like Home Depot and Costco. It’s clear they need to seriously rethink their approach to managing these relationships and improving their communication processes.

“Overall, we were really pleased with the new carpet installation. The crew was punctual and professional, and the quality of the work was great. They particularly did a fantastic job with the tricky stair installation – they really nailed it around the balusters.”

“I’m absolutely thrilled with the recent work done on my home! The team came to my house to discuss the tile project for my office, and I really appreciated being able to see a sample beforehand. We ended up going with a full carpet replacement throughout the house, and honestly, it’s exceeded all my expectations. The installers were fantastic – they really nailed the thin grout line I wanted, and the carpet itself is incredibly soft and luxurious. I’m so happy with the whole transformation!”

I’m incredibly disappointed with the experience I had installing vinyl plank flooring through Home Depot and Western State. From the start, communication was a huge issue – the installers didn’t speak English well, making it really difficult to discuss any concerns. During the installation, they damaged my refrigerator’s water line, and despite multiple requests over two months, it still wasn’t fixed. I ended up having to pay for the repairs myself. On top of that, they left a plank with a hole in it, and the subsequent repair was just a layer of putty – it felt like a band-aid solution. Because all the money was paid upfront before the installation, there was no incentive for them to actually address the problems that arose. Honestly, I expected better, and I’m requesting reimbursement for the damages and the added cost I incurred.

“We were incredibly pleased with the whole experience. The customer service was fantastic, and Alfredo, our installer, did a truly beautiful job – he really paid attention to detail and worked incredibly hard throughout the installation. We also appreciated how responsive the company was, always keeping us updated and answering our questions promptly.”

“I was really impressed with the whole experience. The communication was fantastic, and the installers were just brilliant – so punctual, polite, and really professional. They worked incredibly quickly and efficiently, and I was particularly amazed by their clever trick for taking up the old carpet – it was seriously ingenious! I’ll definitely be using their services again.”

“I was really pleased with the whole experience – from the initial measurement to the final clean-up. Everything was incredibly professional, and the installer kept me updated throughout the process. Plus, the price was really competitive, which was a great bonus!”

Overall, LVR has been doing okay in the house. The downstairs has held up pretty well, though they did have an issue with a cabinet and I never received an update on that. However, I’ve noticed some noticeable gaps in the flooring upstairs, which is a bit concerning.
