  Von and his team at East Valley Floors did a fantastic job with our new tile installation. They were incredibly efficient, quickly removing the old flooring and then installing our new tiles to a truly spectacular standard. While their prices were a little higher than some of the other bids we received, East Valley Floors really stood out for their thoroughness and professionalism.   Honestly, my experience here was incredibly disappointing. The service was terrible, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. It seems like a real waste of time and money. What’s even more concerning is how you handle negative feedback – dismissing it as “bogus” and then fabricating stories about attempts to reach out. As the owner, you come across as completely unprofessional, and I think a course on customer service and communication would be incredibly beneficial. report abuse

  East Valley Floor Inc. did a fantastic job repairing my Pergo flooring. I needed some patching done and, while I had the material, I didn’t have the skills to do it myself. Von was really responsive and gave me a quick quote, and the work was scheduled and completed within a week.   “We had some damage that needed addressing, and unfortunately, the local contractor we initially contacted was significantly overpriced. Luckily, Von stepped in and was able to source the laminate flooring we needed at a really fair price. We were so impressed with his quick response to our request and, importantly, he didn’t try to upsell us or pressure us into anything.
