  “We’ve been incredibly pleased with East Valley Floors – we’ve used them for three separate projects now. We started with Von in November 2024 to replace the carpet in a few bedrooms with the same LVP flooring we already had, and it was amazing how seamlessly they transitioned the new floors into the existing ones, even though it was installed over three years later. They also installed all our new baseboards, which really finished off the look of the house. More recently, in May 2025, we needed some tiling work done in our master bathroom, and we went back to East Valley Floors because we’d had such a positive experience with Von and Luis the first time. They're incredibly efficient and focused on quality, and Von has always been really responsive and involved in the whole process. We also found their pricing to be fair, and they were happy to address any concerns we had. We’re definitely planning to call them again when it’s time to replace the tile in our other bathrooms!” report abuse

  “I can’t recommend Von and East Valley Floors highly enough! They were fantastic from start to finish. Von really helped us find the perfect carpet for our new house, and his team did an absolutely amazing job installing it. Beyond the installation, he was incredibly helpful, providing us with valuable information about LVP flooring and even a bathroom remodel – we’re seriously considering it now. What really stood out was how trustworthy and reliable he was, and how quickly he responded to our needs.   “I was really hoping to work with East Valley Floor, as I’ve been gradually incorporating different wood-look porcelain planks throughout my house to avoid matching a discontinued pattern. The owner came out for an estimate, and we discussed my approach – I’d be buying the tile and grout, and they’d handle the installation. Everything seemed fine, and I placed my order. However, they then told me they couldn’t install mixed planks, and wouldn’t explain why. Honestly, the whole experience has been frustrating, and I’m now looking for a new contractor. Their customer service was just really poor, and I’m glad I didn’t move forward with them.” report abuse

  “Von and his team did an amazing job with our kitchen floor! We were just short on original tiles, and they skillfully used what we had to prepare for the new cabinets. They tackled the tricky project of straightening out our peninsula to accommodate a larger island, and we really appreciated their careful and professional approach. Plus, their pricing was incredibly reasonable. They took extra care removing the old tiles and grout without damaging anything, and they meticulously placed the original tiles, knowing the grout would be recolored later – a really thoughtful detail.” report abuse

  “I was so pleased with EVF’s service when we were selling our home in Chandler. Von, the owner, was fantastic – really friendly and professional from the very beginning. But the real star was Luis, the worker he sent. He’s an absolute expert; he completely nailed the repair on our laminate flooring. Instead of just patching a small gap with caulk, he cleverly adjusted the baseboards themselves to seamlessly cover it – I honestly can’t even tell it was ever an issue! He was also incredibly efficient, finishing the whole job, including the new laminate closet flooring, in just over two hours.” report abuse

They kept us fully informed with regular updates and photos of the work being done, which we really appreciated.   “Von and his crew at East Valley Floors were absolutely fantastic! My wife and I couldn’t be happier with the two flooring projects we had them complete. They went above and beyond, offering some really smart suggestions that completely transformed our rooms. For instance, they beautifully replaced our old, worn landing with travertine that perfectly matched the floors throughout the house – it’s stunning! And because we have dogs, they recommended a wood composite which looks incredible and, importantly, is incredibly durable and scratch-resistant.
