  “I can’t recommend working with 3I Contracting. I had a really difficult experience, and ultimately only received a partial payment after a significant struggle. They completely lack transparency, didn't communicate effectively, and seem to have a deliberate system in place to avoid paying subcontractors fairly. Seriously, steer clear of them.” report abuse

  “I strongly advise against working with 3i Contracting. They previously operated as 3i Construction and have a serious history of not paying their subcontractors, resulting in numerous lawsuits.
