Valeria Ramirez was my main point of contact, and she was truly exceptional – professional, incredibly timely, and so courteous and helpful. The whole team, including Josh and Luis, were wonderful to work with, and Kevin, the owner, went above and beyond to secure the specific roofing shingles I wanted. The crew was incredibly efficient; they had the old roof completely removed before 9am and the new roof finished by 3pm. They even took the time to clean up my yard thoroughly! It was clear they treated my home with the utmost care and respect, and I felt like they were genuinely invested in the quality of the work. Not only did they handle all the communication with our insurance company to secure all the necessary benefits, but they also expertly selected the best shingles for our roof, even alerting the insurance company to ensure we received a discount due to the class 4 shingle. They took care of unexpected issues like extra leaks and chimney damage without us having to lift a finger.
