I hired a contractor who completely missed the critical details of building over a flat roof, and thankfully Sue and the team stepped in to save the day. It’s absolutely vital to consider water management in any construction project, and they have a real understanding of drainage. We were initially told there might be a need for additional drilling, but thankfully that wasn't the case.
