  Working with TS Construction to build our dream home in Fairbanks was an absolutely fantastic experience. From the very beginning, Tim was incredibly helpful. He took the time to listen to our vision – we brought in our own floor plan and wish list – and offered invaluable advice on creating a functional and cost-effective design for our Alaskan environment. It was clear right away that we’d made the right choice. Throughout the entire building process, the TS Construction team was exceptional. Every single employee and sub-contractor went above and beyond, demonstrating a genuine passion for their work and a real commitment to quality. The framing and sheeting was completed in just five days – a testament to their dedication. They were always happy to answer our questions, which was especially helpful as we were new to the building process, and Tim consistently made himself available to discuss any concerns we had. He really emphasized the importance of communication, saying building a house is like a marriage, and he was spot on! We also want to give a huge shout-out to the vendors TS Construction worked with. They were amazing, providing us with a wide range of options and solid advice on balancing quality and cost. It was clear they genuinely cared about making sure we got exactly what we wanted. Honestly, we couldn’t have done it without Tim and his incredible crew. They created a truly positive and collaborative environment, and we’re so grateful for their expertise and outstanding customer service.
