  Working with TS Construction to build our custom home in Fairbanks was an absolutely fantastic experience. From the very beginning, Tim was a huge help – he listened carefully to our ideas, offered invaluable advice on designing a practical and cost-effective home for our Alaskan environment, and we immediately knew we’d made the right choice. Throughout the entire build, the TS Construction team went above and beyond. Everyone we met, from the crew to the subcontractors, was incredibly passionate and dedicated. They were always happy to answer our questions, which was especially helpful as we were new to the building process. The framing and sheeting were completed in just five days – a testament to their hard work! We also want to give a huge shout-out to the vendors TS Construction worked with. They were amazing at helping us navigate the finishing touches, providing sound advice on quality and cost. And Tim was always there to support us, reminding us that building a home is like a marriage – clear communication and trust are key. It’s been an incredible journey, and we’re so grateful for the expertise and outstanding customer service of TS Construction.
