  “Honestly, I’m extremely disappointed. For $110 a month, I was promised 50 Mbps, but the speeds I’m actually receiving are nowhere near that – just 9 Mbps. This is unacceptable service.” report abuse

  “This internet service is noticeably cheaper than GCI, but unfortunately, it’s incredibly unreliable. While I understand that Alaska presents unique challenges for internet connectivity, the service cutting out twice in a single week is pretty frustrating. I’m hopeful they’ll be able to make some improvements and stabilize the connection – if they do, I’d definitely update my review.” report abuse

  “Communication with this company has been incredibly frustrating. They’re consistently difficult to reach by phone – the hold times are excessively long, and unfortunately, customers have reported being disconnected. They seem to prefer email as their primary method of contact, which isn’t ideal.” report abuse
