“I’m incredibly disappointed with this service. For $110 a month, I was promised 50 Mbps, but I’m consistently receiving speeds of only 9 Mbps. It’s simply not acceptable.”

“It’s noticeably cheaper than GCI, which is great. However, the internet connection is incredibly unreliable – it’s just completely gone at random times. While I understand Alaska presents unique challenges for internet service, it was pretty frustrating to have it cut out twice within the same week. I’d be willing to give them a better rating if they can improve the stability of the service.”

Honestly, it seems like getting in touch with them is a huge hassle. They’re constantly on hold, and they’ve made it clear they prefer you contact them via email – which, given the long wait times, isn’t ideal.
