  Overall, I was really pleased with the work Groundhogs did on my new sewer and water connection. They were a professional team – experienced, respectful, and incredibly polite. The job itself was quite complex, particularly coordinating the pavement replacement at the street crossing, but they handled everything really well, anticipating potential issues and keeping me fully informed throughout the process. They were especially good at adapting when they discovered the water and sewer mains were deeper than initially thought, quickly finding a solid solution. I had a fantastic experience working with them and would absolutely recommend them for future projects. report abuse

  I’m really disappointed with the service I received from Groundogs. They service our district in Chena Hills, and frankly, it was unacceptable. They managed to knock over my paper box and didn’t bother to put it back. Worse, they left huge berms blocking both my and my neighbor’s driveways, and we had to spend time clearing them ourselves – even with 4-wheel drive trucks. Snow removal should be simple, but this experience was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend using their services. report abuse

  Honestly, I’m really concerned about the quality of the snow removal service. It’s been shockingly poor, and I’ve never encountered such a lack of competence. It’s only a minor issue for my own property, but it’s frustrating given the level of service. They need to seriously improve their performance, or I’ll have to find someone else who can actually do the job properly. report abuse
