  Overall, Groundhogs did a fantastic job on this sewer and water connection project, including the pavement replacement. They were incredibly professional and the finished result is excellent. The team was experienced, really respectful and polite, and they went above and beyond to coordinate with me throughout the process. It was a complex job, and I especially appreciated how they anticipated potential issues – when the mains were deeper than initially expected, they quickly adapted and came up with a really good solution.   “I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received from Groundogs. They were servicing my area in Chena Hills, and frankly, it was unacceptable. They damaged my paper box, simply knocked it over and didn’t bother to put it back. Worse still, they left massive berms in both my and my neighbor’s driveways, and we had to spend our own time clearing them – even with four-wheel drive trucks. Snow removal seems like a pretty basic job, and Groundogs didn't handle it properly. I wouldn't recommend using their services.” report abuse
