She said they were incredibly affordable and the installation was top-notch, and honestly, she was right. From start to finish, it was fantastic. Rudy, the sales guy, was so helpful and easy to talk to – he explained everything really well. The door arrived on time, and Devon and Jackson did a truly amazing job installing it.   “We were really pleased with the whole experience! We got a fantastic quote for new windows – they were high quality and offered great value, and we ended up purchasing five Simonton low-e windows. The process was smooth from start to finish. We made an initial payment, followed by a final measurement a week later, and the windows were quickly ordered. Installation was incredibly convenient; they scheduled it for a Saturday to fit our schedule, and the crew was fantastic – so personable and did a truly excellent job. The whole installation took about four hours. A huge thanks to Jaime for being so helpful and to the installation team! Rudy, the owner, was fantastic – so knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely passionate about his work. He brought a sample window with him and even demonstrated how much heat they absorbed, showing a huge difference with his thermometer. What’s more, they manufacture their windows in Arizona, use their own employees as installers, and offer a double lifetime warranty – it’s an unbeatable combination! The whole team was incredible. Jamie and Diane in the office were so communicative and helpful, and the installation crew – Devin, Jackson, and Oliver – were absolutely stellar. They were incredibly careful with our furniture, handled the old windows flawlessly, and even tackled a tricky custom triangle window that other companies had refused to do. It was clear they were dedicated and professional. Honestly, from start to finish, Affordable Windows & Exteriors went above and beyond.   “Overall, I had a fantastic experience working with this company. They were really professional from start to finish. There was a slight delay of about 30 minutes on one visit, but they were incredibly apologetic and it didn’t really matter. The quality of their work was excellent – everything was done perfectly with no mess left behind. I’m really pleased with the new patio door; my room is noticeably cooler now.
