  We were so thrilled with our new windows from RMK Windows and Blinds in Gilbert! We’d heard such great things from friends and we’re so glad we listened. The windows look absolutely beautiful, and the price was really competitive. Plus, the installers were fantastic – truly awesome.   Overall, we’re really pleased with our new windows from RMK Windows. From the moment they were installed, we’ve noticed a huge difference – the house is noticeably quieter and stays much cooler. The installation team was fantastic – incredibly professional and they really paid attention to detail. And we especially appreciated Cyrille being there throughout the whole process, from the initial sale to the final check-up, ensuring everything was perfect.   We were absolutely thrilled with the service we received from RMK Windows. From start to finish, everyone – including Cyrille, Brian, Janet, and the whole installation team – was fantastic. They completed the window installation in the back of our house in May 2024, and we couldn’t be happier with the quality of the work. We’re already booked in for them to install windows in the front of our house in January or February of next year, and it was handled with such ease. The crew who came to install our windows was so friendly and professional – they were on time, did a spotless job cleaning up afterward, and even walked through the entire house to ensure we were happy with every window. Our salesperson, Jake, was also fantastic, following up within a couple of hours to check in. The windows themselves are clearly high quality, and we’re really excited about the difference they’ll make during the hot Arizona summers. Plus, the lifetime warranty gives us peace of mind.   Overall, we were pleased with the speed of the installation – they got the job done pretty quickly, which was a big plus. The team was also fantastic to work with during the process. However, about eight months after installation, we’ve noticed they’re having trouble shutting properly, which is a bit disappointing. Additionally, they didn’t ensure all the window locks were installed facing the same direction, so it’s inconsistent – sometimes it looks locked when it’s actually open. While the speed and team were good, it’s clear they need to pay more attention to the details during the installation process. report abuse

  Overall, we were really pleased with our new RMK windows. They were installed on July 2nd – it was a scorcher here in Chandler – but despite the heat, our house is noticeably cooler and quieter since the installation. The team at RMK Windows were fantastic; they kept us fully informed throughout the entire process and were incredibly professional.   “I can’t recommend Jake and RMK highly enough! From the very first meeting, Jake was fantastic – he really took the time to explain everything clearly and we both felt completely comfortable. We spent a good month weighing our options, and Jake never pressured us at all. He was always incredibly responsive to our questions and made the whole process so easy. Honestly, the windows themselves are beautiful, but the biggest benefit has been how much less my AC is working – I can actually stand near the windows and not feel any heat coming through.   I couldn’t be happier with my new windows! Molly and Cyrille were fantastic – so helpful in figuring out exactly what I needed. The windows themselves are absolutely gorgeous, and the double-paned, tinted glass has made a huge difference in keeping my home cool. I haven’t even touched my blinds since they were installed, and I’m so pleased with the savings on my air conditioning bill – I’ve been keeping the thermostat at 75 and it’s working so much less. I highly recommend R&M Windows – I’m already planning to have them install windows upstairs! report abuse
