  “We’re absolutely thrilled with our new Pella windows – we’ve built a few homes in the past, but this was our first time with Pella and we couldn’t be happier! The windows themselves are stunning and incredibly well-made, but honestly, the customer service was truly exceptional. From the start, Oscar handled the ordering process with such care, and then Bobby, our service technician, went above and beyond. He was so professional, friendly, and meticulous, taking the time to explain everything and ensure everything was working perfectly. He really cared about our home, and we even enjoyed his company! We’d definitely recommend Pella and would specifically ask for Bobby again if we ever need service.” report abuse

  Overall, my experience working with MWWD was positive for a long time, but unfortunately ended on a really disappointing note. They initially seemed like a great company, however, just before finalizing the contract, I became concerned about their pricing practices. I consistently emphasized the importance of receiving a quote that covered *all* expenses, and I needed absolute clarity on what was included. I was surprised when an extra $1,500 was added for an architect’s evaluation of the wall – a cost that wasn't discussed beforehand. While I understood the need for the assessment, it felt like a deliberate attempt to increase the price. Then, at the very last minute, the quote jumped up by another $16,000. I was frustrated because I had repeatedly requested a comprehensive price that accounted for all work. It felt like they were trying to catch me off guard and add hidden costs. I believe they were aware of the price I’d received from another company and deliberately tried to inflate the final bill. Ultimately, I won't be continuing my business with them due to a lack of honesty and transparency regarding costs. It’s simply unacceptable to not be upfront from the beginning, and I ended up paying an additional $1,500 for the architect’s report. I value integrity and open communication, and that wasn't present in this situation. report abuse

We live in a condo and the difference in noise reduction is incredible.   Overall, I’m really pleased with my Pella patio sliding glass doors and windows – they’re beautiful! I’ve had the chance to speak with AJ, Curt, Wayne, and Vida, and everyone I’ve interacted with at Pella has been fantastic. It’s clear they have a strong, supportive team. Just a quick note: it’s definitely worth sticking with authorized Pella sales agents and installers. While you might find lower prices elsewhere, it’s crucial to use them to ensure you maintain the full protection of your materials and labor warranty.   “Overall, our experience was really frustrating. We purchased Pella Windows through Marvin Design Gallery in November 2024 and they were installed in February. The installation itself went smoothly and the installers were fantastic – they did a great job, and the stucco repair was really well done. However, we quickly discovered a problem in March, and it turned out Marvin had cut ties with Pella due to ongoing issues with their quality and customer support. I was initially misled by the sales representative who really hyped up the Pella windows and his experience with them. It’s concerning how quickly things deteriorated, and I feel like we were essentially tricked into buying a product that ultimately wasn't what was promised. I’m still dealing with a lot of delays and confusion from Pella, and I’m really questioning how they could suddenly discontinue selling a product that was previously presented as superior. Honestly, I think Marvin needs to be more cautious about the products they’re selling, and I’d advise anyone considering a purchase to really dig into the details and question the claims, especially given what happened with Mountain West Windows and Doors.” report abuse

  “I couldn’t be happier with Pella – they truly delivered on everything we were looking for. We were particularly impressed with the whole process, from browsing their fantastic selection to the flawless installation. Rudy and his team were absolutely fantastic; they took care of removing our old door and security door and the new Pella door looks and operates perfectly. The installation was top-notch, everything is aligned correctly, and the fit is beautiful. They were professional, friendly, and kept the area spotless – we highly recommend Pella and Rudy’s team!” report abuse
