  “I recently had a new windshield installed at Fast Glass, and unfortunately, the experience was really frustrating. They initially assured me it would be a straightforward job, but after almost a week of updates about a supposed problem, I was finally told I could pick up the windshield. However, I also discovered my radio antenna had been damaged and broken off. Despite explaining that I’d just purchased and installed it myself from LMC parts, my concerns were dismissed. When I picked up the windshield, the staff and installer insisted someone had broken it with their elbow, and they offered to replace it. I waited two weeks for the replacement, only to be told they couldn’t find one. I even offered to buy a new antenna myself—from LMC for $15 or Amazon for $40—but still received no response. As a result, I’m still driving around with a broken antenna on my truck. Honestly, this family-owned business has lost a customer, and I won’t be recommending them to anyone.” report abuse
