  “I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience working with Buffum Homes. After numerous attempts to resolve several issues, it became clear that they weren’t willing to address our concerns. Frankly, I’d urge anyone considering them to proceed with extreme caution – many of the positive reviews seem to be from people connected to the company, like vendors or family members, which raises questions about their objectivity. Communication was consistently poor, and it felt like there was a serious lack of leadership at the top, leading to a lack of accountability. We experienced disrespectful treatment, particularly during interactions with Norm and Josh. While some individuals on their team were helpful, the overall business practices were concerning. Beyond the quality of the work itself, which was acceptable, the biggest issue is their failure to uphold their own agreements. They’re currently behind on payments to our homeowner’s association by six months, totaling over $2000, and haven’t yet transferred ownership to the homeowners as originally agreed. It’s truly frustrating and I hope this review prompts them to take immediate action to address these serious issues and ensure a better experience for future clients.” report abuse

They spent a lot of time discussing different options before we signed the contract, but ultimately, the project didn't quite align with our clients’ budget and timeline.
