  Cindy and the team at Heartland Builders were fantastic to work with as we started designing our dream home. Sadly, some unexpected circumstances meant we had to change our plans, but Cindy was so patient and understanding throughout the whole process. We’ll definitely be reaching out to them again when we’re ready to build – they’re incredibly easy to work with, really guiding you through everything, and they were so accommodating when things got a little complicated.   Honestly, working with Heartland was an amazing experience. They completely blew me away – not only did they finish building our house two weeks ahead of schedule, but they stuck to the budget perfectly. From start to finish, they were fantastic. They really took the time to understand what we wanted and worked with us to create a home we absolutely love.   “We commissioned Heartland to build our home back in late 2011, and we moved in during February 2012. Now, six years later, we couldn’t be happier with the result. We’ve had no major issues – anything that did arise was small and Heartland always stepped up to ensure it was resolved. My wife was a little hesitant at the start of the project, but she was absolutely thrilled with the finished home.   Heartland Builders truly went above and beyond for us when building our home several years ago. Working with Rich and Cindy Kogelschatz was an absolute pleasure – they transformed what can be a really stressful experience into something enjoyable. They were incredibly supportive, offering fantastic guidance on everything from fixtures to colors, and always willing to work with us to make our vision a reality. What really stood out was their commitment to our needs. Because of a disability I have from an accident in 1976, they designed and built our home as a “Zero Step” home, and it’s truly remarkable. It’s been perfect for us, and we’ve never wanted to change a thing. Rich was especially diligent, providing detailed information to our bank throughout the build, which was incredibly helpful and reassured us every step of the way. Honestly, I can’t recommend Heartland Builders highly enough.
