I'm incredibly disappointed with the service we received. It was completely unacceptable that they filled a tank without our permission and then attempted to charge us for it. To make matters far worse, their technician broke into our basement to retrieve the tank – despite being told they only do service work outside and rarely do it while we’re home. I have video evidence of this, and I want to be clear: if anyone from your company ever approaches my property again, I will immediately contact the police.

I was really frustrated with this service call. While they were quick to respond initially, the problem – my heating system failing with four young children in a 49-degree house – wasn’t resolved until 9 pm, nearly six hours after I first called before 4 pm. That meant almost six hours of being cold and uncomfortable. The worst part was the lack of communication and transparency. They didn’t explain what was wrong with the system, and I ended up paying $290 for a simple fix without any explanation of the charges. It felt completely exploitative, like they weren't providing a service but rather taking advantage of the situation. I need to understand what’s happening and how much it’s costing me before any work is done.

Honestly, this was an incredibly frustrating experience. They promised to deliver fuel on the first of every month, but that never happened, and we ended up completely out of fuel. We had to call a technician who was ultimately unable to get the truck running again. The 24-hour service was a complete joke – it’s just an answering service that provided no actual support. They told us the truck was on its way at 8:15 am, but it never showed up all day. To make matters worse, we were stuck with a 55-degree temperature and had to purchase and fill a transfer tank ourselves. It was a truly aggravating day, and we ended up spending a lot of money to get it sorted out. I felt completely misled and lied to, so I immediately cancelled the account. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone, not even my worst enemy. It seems like they’re simply overwhelmed and can’t handle the demands of their business.
