  Jamie was fantastic – really friendly and professional from the moment he came to my house. He took the time to walk me through all my options for a new water heater and helped me make a really informed decision.   “Overall, the technician was really knowledgeable and efficient – a very positive experience. However, I was quite disappointed by the $49 service fee for them just to show up. It felt a little deceptive, especially since I’d already received a quote over the phone and agreed to the service. I expected to pay for the labor directly, not have an extra fee added on top of that and receive a coupon afterward. It felt a bit sneaky, and I wasn’t prepared for that unexpected charge.” report abuse

  “I’m so happy I chose Larry and Sons – they were fantastic! We had a serious pressure problem with our water and eventually lost all of it. What really impressed me was how quickly they responded and the reasonable $49 travel charge, compared to other companies that would have tacked on a hefty $200 after 5:00 pm. Jamie was incredibly thorough in assessing our system, and thankfully, he and Jeff were able to replace our well pump quickly and without any problems.   Matt did a really thorough job explaining the maintenance needs for our UV light system – he clearly outlined everything that needed to be done.   “I contacted them to get a quote for a drain and pipe installation, and also to look at a toilet that had been running constantly. The technician was really friendly and took the time to explain everything to me clearly – he got the toilet working perfectly after it hadn’t been right for two years!
