They really took pride in their work and were exceptionally neat. Even better, they noticed our humidifier wasn’t functioning correctly, which turned out to be the cause of all the static electricity we’d been dealing with!   Richard did a really solid job installing my new gas line. He was incredibly knowledgeable and explained everything clearly, and he got the job done quickly while also training an apprentice – which was great to see. He gave me a full walkthrough of the whole setup afterward. The sealing work outside was a little messy, but overall, I was really pleased with the installation. report abuse

  “I was really happy with the initial installation John and Abraham did – they were incredibly professional, kept the area spotless, and paid very close attention to detail. Everything was perfectly installed, level, and aligned exactly as it should be. My new HVAC system looks fantastic. However, I’m very disappointed with Hagerstown Heating and Cooling a year later. After the initial installation, they suggested a couple of upgrades that seemed reasonable at the time. Now, after a year, they’re telling me I needed a UV light in the attic ducts to prevent mold growth and that I need to pay a monthly fee of $19 per system. Worse, the paperwork doesn’t reflect this, and they’re now charging me $456 a year for something that wasn't discussed or agreed upon initially. It feels like they're trying to create extra charges to avoid honoring my warranty, and frankly, it’s quite frustrating.” report abuse

  Gavyn was fantastic – honestly, the best technician I’ve worked with from Hagerstown Heating & Cooling. Even though he’s new to the company, he clearly knows his business and really cares about his customers. He took the time to listen to my concerns about the HVAC system, addressed them immediately, and then followed up by showing me pictures of the work he’d done.
