Overall, I had a really positive experience with this company. From start to finish, they were professional and went above and beyond to help me out. I initially contacted them through their website, and the woman who took my call was incredibly patient and helpful, especially considering I wasn't very familiar with the issue. She quickly scheduled an appointment and sent a confirmation right away. Then, the technician who came to my home today was fantastic! He was proactive about scheduling a convenient time, and he even went out of his way to get the necessary materials when he realized he was missing something – that kind of attention to detail really made a difference.
