  “I honestly couldn’t recommend Expert Flooring Solutions more! From the moment we walked in, we knew we’d made the right choice. We’d been considering some of the big box stores, but we really wanted a retailer we could trust with the installation, and someone who would stand behind their work. Ron was fantastic – incredibly helpful and friendly without being pushy at all. He was great at guiding us through our options while giving us the space and time we needed to make a decision. The whole process was smooth – he measured on Wednesday, we confirmed the order for the following Saturday (and even returned the samples we’d kept for a week!), and our new carpet was installed just 10 days later. The installers were fantastic too – so friendly, efficient, and professional, and they did an absolutely amazing job. They transformed our master suite, stairs, and hallway (about 600 square feet) – our old carpet was a disaster, and the difference is unbelievable! It’s clear they’re serious about quality and customer satisfaction. We didn’t spend a lot of time comparing prices, but we felt it was a really good value considering the expertise and the peace of mind they provided.” report abuse

  I’ve been working with Tom and the team at Expert Flooring Solutions for over 25 years, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. They’ve done the flooring in my own homes and for many of my real estate clients, and I consistently receive fantastic feedback. Tom is a really personable and knowledgeable guy – they’re a true “carpet expert.” Their prices are competitive, and the service is genuinely excellent. Keisha is always so pleasant and helpful, Ron is fantastic at measuring and offering great advice, and Jose does a superb job managing the installation team.   Working with Expert Flooring was a truly fantastic experience. From the moment I called to complain about my previous frustrating experience with Home Depot, Tom was incredibly helpful and professional. Keisha in the store was also fantastic – she really knew her stuff and helped me find the perfect carpet. The whole process, from Tom’s measurement to the installers, Jose and Alfredo, was seamless and done with such care and attention to detail. They were both so friendly and hardworking, and did an absolutely amazing job.   I’m so glad I went with Expert Flooring Solutions – I found them on Yelp and their high rating really caught my eye. They completely transformed my two-story condo by removing the old, dusty carpet and installing beautiful wood floors. It took a couple of weeks because they had a lot of furniture to move around, and it was a bit of a challenge, but they really pulled it off!   “We absolutely loved our experience with Expert Flooring Solutions! We were looking to completely transform our home by replacing our old carpeting and vinyl with beautiful porcelain tiles, and we’re so glad we chose them. From the start, Tom and Keisha were fantastic – they really listened to our ideas, which we’d gathered from looking at homes for sale online, and showed us some amazing tile options. Shawn, the estimator, was super quick and efficient, giving us a competitive price we couldn’t refuse. The installation team, Juan and Alex, were just brilliant. They were incredibly professional and friendly, taking care of everything from moving our furniture to prepping the foundation. They were also incredibly considerate, keeping the mess to a minimum and letting us leave the house for errands without a worry. When the job was finally done, they completely cleaned and restored the space, moving everything back perfectly.   “We’re still absolutely thrilled with the Mohawk Strand carpet Expert Flooring installed in our bedrooms almost a year ago. Bob Rossi was fantastic – so friendly, professional, and really knew his stuff. The installers did a wonderful job too. Recently, we had a stubborn stain, and Bob was amazing! He immediately recommended and even had a can of Mohawk Instant Tough Stain Remover ready for us to grab.
