  “I was so impressed with the service I received after my home flooded. They were fantastic from start to finish – they came out to accurately measure my space, and the team was incredibly friendly and professional. I really appreciated how knowledgeable and patient they were as I chose the flooring for my home, especially the vinyl planks for the main floor and the tile for the bathroom. They offered great suggestions when I needed them, and the whole process was just really pleasant and easy. I wholeheartedly recommend them!” report abuse

  I’m really frustrated with the whole experience. I’d strongly advise against using this Flooring Center – it’s caused a huge amount of stress for me. It started when our condo complex had significant water damage due to tree roots affecting the water main, which happened back in January and still isn’t fixed. Yack Construction recommended them, and they urged me to get my flooring sorted out quickly, but it’s now June and the job is still ongoing. I’ve been repeatedly contacted, told the flooring was ordered, but it seems there’s been a breakdown in communication between the Flooring Center and Yack Construction – apparently the Flooring Center lost the order and Yack Construction wasn’t submitting the necessary approvals in a timely manner. report abuse

  “I was absolutely thrilled with the service I received! I had a really stressful experience getting my master bedroom, bathroom, and closet flooded, and finding someone to fix it was a huge hassle. But from the moment I contacted them, everything was so smooth and easy – Ivette and Sid were fantastic! They made the whole process seamless, and I’m so grateful for their help.   “We were absolutely thrilled with the service we received – it was truly top-notch! From the moment we walked in, everyone was so helpful and professional. The baseboard and kitchen flooring installation was done perfectly, and they really went above and beyond to work around our specific date and time requests. We’d been recommended by a friend, and we couldn’t be happier with the whole experience.   “The initial installers were incredibly unprofessional – they seemed to assume the house was empty and made some really rude comments. They were supposed to be starting the flooring prep work, which was a significant part of the project cost, and frankly, they didn’t do much of it. They didn’t even glue down enough areas for the vinyl, notably behind the refrigerator. When they moved the fridge, it ripped a large hole, and they didn’t bother to let us know. It was incredibly frustrating that they wouldn’t own up to the mistakes until we insisted. It seemed like a very poor quality of workmanship, and sadly, our experience was far from positive.” report abuse

  “Honestly, these guys are fantastic! They were incredibly professional, always on time and incredibly thorough – they cleaned up perfectly after themselves every day. I was really impressed with how quickly they got the job done and stuck to the agreed-upon schedule. Plus, they were just so polite and did a truly outstanding job.   “I was browsing the store looking for carpet and they had a really nice selection. However, the prices were noticeably higher than what I’d seen elsewhere in town. The salesperson was willing to negotiate and even offered a 15% discount. When I asked for a detailed breakdown of the costs, including the price per step for the stairs ($20 each, when I’ve seen them closer to $15), he seemed open to discussion. Unfortunately, the final thing he added – an administrative fee – was the dealbreaker. I just felt it was completely unreasonable and left without getting any further information.” report abuse
