  “I’m so glad I reached out to Znet Flooring – it’s been a huge help! My wife and I were completely overwhelmed trying to decide on the right flooring and color, but Shawn was fantastic. He patiently walked us through the pros and cons of luxury vinyl and laminate and gave us really solid advice. We’ve been ordering quite a few samples to try things out, and Shawn has been incredibly responsive, always answering our questions quickly. Znet also handled getting those samples from the manufacturers really efficiently. Honestly, this whole process has been so much easier and has helped us keep our cool. We're almost ready to make our final decision and I’ll be sure to update you on the order.   “I just wanted to share my really positive experience with Znet. From the very first contact back in June of 2021, Shawn was fantastic – he responded to my email almost instantly and then followed up with a free sample of Mohawk vinyl plank so I could confirm the color matched the product I was trying to replace. Ultimately, Znet was competitive, but I decided to go with a local supplier because I prefer to shop locally. However, six months later, we needed the same flooring for our master bedroom, and surprise – that Mohawk style was now discontinued. Znet had it on sale and, even with shipping, we saved nearly $500 compared to the local supplier who wasn’t willing to budge on the price. Beyond the savings, Znet was just incredibly communicative throughout the whole process. They even proactively replaced a discontinued T molding with an updated version! The shipping was handled perfectly; the trucking company called to schedule the delivery, and the driver went above and beyond by delivering the pallet to our driveway – that was a really nice touch. Everything arrived undamaged, and it was honestly the easiest and most pleasant home improvement product order and delivery we’ve ever had.   Honestly, we couldn’t be happier with our new floors from Znet Flooring. We were installing 2200 square feet of engineered hardwood, which was a significant investment, and we were really pleased to find Znet offering it for $3,200 less than other stores were charging. Shawn was fantastic – incredibly helpful and professional throughout the whole process. We also experienced the typical issue of some boxes being slightly damaged (3 out of 67), but Shawn took care of getting replacements sent to us completely free of charge. We absolutely love our new floors and are so grateful for the great service we received. We’ll definitely be using Znet for any future flooring projects! report abuse

  “I have to admit, I was pretty skeptical going with a company I hadn’t heard of, especially with all those amazing reviews! But I’m so glad I took a chance. From start to finish, the customer service has been fantastic. My flooring was on a really long national backorder, and they kept me updated every week with a detailed status report. They went above and beyond to work with me and even found a faster delivery route to Pennsylvania – I ended up getting my floor a month ahead of schedule!   I would strongly advise against using this flooring center. I’ve heard reports of them trying to sell outdated, unavailable products, and their response to concerns is incredibly concerning – they’ve been accused of monitoring customers online. Honestly, it seems like a risky operation, and I wouldn't want to put myself through a potentially uncomfortable and stressful experience. report abuse

  “I had a fantastic experience with Znet! As a long-time online shopper, I’ve seen a lot, but their service truly stood out. I recently purchased 1100 square feet of LVP and was incredibly impressed with their communication and customer service – it was genuinely top-notch. When a few boxes were damaged during shipping, they quickly sent replacements to me within two days with absolutely no trouble.   Overall, I had a really positive experience with Znet Flooring. I was a little nervous ordering such big rugs online, but they kept me completely up-to-date on the delivery of all four, which was fantastic.   “I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Znet Flooring! I’d been looking at another company for my flooring, but things quickly went downhill, so I decided to check and they were available. I was a little hesitant ordering from a company I wasn’t familiar with, especially one based in Las Vegas, but the overwhelmingly positive reviews convinced me to give them a try. And I’m so glad I did! Their communication was absolutely outstanding – they kept me completely in the loop every step of the way, from when the order left the manufacturer to the final delivery. I really appreciated the frequent updates and their willingness to answer all my questions. They even followed up to make sure everything was perfect after installation. The whole process was incredibly smooth, and I especially want to commend Shawn for his excellent customer service – he really went above and beyond to ensure everything was correct. They even caught a mistake I’d made with my order and proactively refunded the over-ordered subflooring, which saved me a significant amount of money.
