  “I’ve always loved the look of travertine, but it’s just too pricey for my budget. Thankfully, my contractor suggested I speak with Gaby at Pacific West Flooring. She was fantastic – she helped me find a rectified porcelain tile that perfectly mimics travertine at a really great price!   I was really hoping to find something special at this store, having read such positive reviews. However, my husband and I spent about fifteen minutes standing there, and we didn't get so much as a greeting from anyone. It felt completely ignored, and several staff members just walked right past us. While the merchandise itself looked appealing, the customer service was definitely lacking. report abuse

  I couldn’t be happier with Pacific West Flooring! Mike and David were absolutely fantastic – so helpful and knowledgeable throughout our whole floor makeover. They had a huge selection and really great prices, which is exactly what we were looking for.
