  “We recently had LVP installed in our new build and, about a year later, started noticing some planks weren’t quite right – they were lifting and causing damage. I contacted Feda about it, and he was fantastic. He quickly filed a warranty claim with the manufacturer, and although it took a little while to get sorted out, his team came back and completely replaced a larger area around the issue. It was great that they didn’t just try to patch it up; they did the right thing. And I have to say, Mr. Cruz, the installer, was a real pleasure to work with – really friendly and he was meticulous about cleaning up after himself, which is a huge bonus.” report abuse

The quality of the materials was excellent, and Ben did a fantastic job coordinating everything – from the kitchen tile to the waterproof laminate throughout the house.
