“I recently used CertaPro for painting my common walls in my community, and overall I had a really positive experience. Edgar was fantastic – he was a professional, friendly young man who gave me a fair price quickly, especially considering they were offering a discount to the 900 homes in the area. I really appreciated that they were using the same colors as my house. However, things got a little complicated when I contacted my HOA to share the discount information. They informed me I hadn’t received approval, and shockingly, they’d changed the approved color palette completely! My original brown tones were no longer allowed. I ended up switching to the new scheme and contacted Edgar again to get it sorted. On the plus side, Eric was an absolute star! He was incredibly skilled – his prep work was amazing, and he’s a seriously talented painter. Honestly, his meticulous attention to detail made a huge difference; I’m so impressed with the quality of the work. If you choose CertaPro, definitely ask for Eric – you won’t be disappointed!”

Overall, we were incredibly impressed with Certa-Pro’s service. Edgar, our sales representative, really went above and beyond to understand our project from the very beginning, and he kept us perfectly informed throughout the whole process. He was so proactive in making sure we were both on the same page, and he even had one of his team members do a walkthrough of the project before we left for our trip – which gave us such peace of mind. During our travels, Edgar consistently checked in with us and sent photos, which was fantastic. And honestly, the paintwork itself is absolutely stunning; we haven't found a single flaw. We couldn’t recommend Certa-Pro and Edgar’s service highly enough!
