  “I was really pleased with the quality of work – they did a fantastic job painting the exterior of my house. I especially appreciated the option to upgrade to the Dunn Edwards paint, and I could tell they put a lot of care into the prep work, which gives me confidence that the paint job will last a long time.   “I was initially happy with Adam’s initial walkthrough, but unfortunately, a significant amount of the touch-up work he identified was left unfinished. After raising my concerns, we scheduled a follow-up, but Adam missed our appointment and blamed a problem with his texts – claiming he hadn’t received my confirmation. Given how hectic our move was, I simply asked him to thoroughly inspect the property as if it were his own home. Unfortunately, despite this, several issues remained unresolved, including broken floodlights, a recycle bin overflowing with paint and trash, and numerous stucco repairs and overspray problems across the rockwork and landscaping. There was also a substantial amount of overspray on the window frames and a severely damaged RV gate frame that hadn’t been properly addressed. Throughout the process, Adam became increasingly defensive and insisted on a lengthy, accusatory text exchange, essentially blaming me for the incomplete work. Seeing the results of a neighbor’s recent paint job highlighted how reasonable my concerns were. Honestly, it wasn't until family and friends pointed out the same issues that I realized how poorly the work was being done. Because of this, I’d hesitate to recommend this company, especially if you're detail-oriented about these kinds of finishes.” report abuse

Honestly, it’s such a lift just driving or walking by now. They were incredibly hardworking, honest, and really listened to what I wanted. He was incredibly professional, punctual, and didn’t try to pressure me into anything. What set him apart was his genuine care and attention to detail – he was patient, listened to all my questions and concerns, and went above and beyond to accommodate my requests, even the extras that weren’t standard. The crew was fantastic too – friendly, respectful of my property, and they left everything spotless.
