  “I recently scheduled a visit from a painting company for a sizable project, and the initial experience was really disappointing. I was in the middle of a client call when the painter arrived, and I let him know I’d be just a minute. Unfortunately, he left after waiting only 10 minutes – I actually reviewed security footage to confirm it. When I contacted the scheduling team to explain the situation, they offered very little support, essentially saying they had a strict schedule and there was nothing they could do. While I appreciate that they have a schedule, I felt like 10 minutes is a reasonable wait time, especially when a business is busy. It just seemed like they weren’t interested in working with us, and frankly, it felt like a lack of decent customer service.” report abuse

  “We were absolutely thrilled with the work this father and son team did to transform our home! We got a referral from Ryan Dowell at Synergy Home Group, and they completely knocked it out in just four days. Our house was a dated clay brown, and we wanted a bright, farmhouse-style look with lots of greys and whites. They were incredibly professional and easy to work with – Marina handled all the communication, responding quickly to calls, texts, and emails. They gave us an initial estimate of $5500 to paint all the walls, ceilings, crown molding, and door trim, and we opted to handle the baseboards and doors ourselves. We chose our paint colors at Home Depot and shared them with Marina, who then adjusted the estimate. They started Monday morning at 6:30 am and by the time I got home that evening, the difference was amazing! They focused on the bedrooms and bathrooms for the first couple of days and then tackled the downstairs living spaces and kitchen over the next two days. They even did a final walk-through to make sure everything was perfect. It was so nice and clean – they cleaned up after themselves completely. We’d definitely hire them again and recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and skilled painting crew!” report abuse
