  “We were really disappointed with the quality of the cabinet work we had done five years ago when we bought our home. Despite spending a significant amount of money, the cabinets have started chipping and peeling quite frequently. It turns out they weren’t properly prepared – they hadn’t been sanded and primed before the paint was applied, which is why the color is coming off. We were expecting a much higher standard of work, and we’ve now had to hire painters to do touch-ups.” report abuse

  “I honestly couldn’t be happier with Sergio and his team. They completely transformed our house – they were fantastic at suggesting the perfect color, added some beautiful highlights, and did a phenomenal job restoring and cleaning up all the trim. They tackled the entire exterior, including the walls, garage doors, doors, and railings, and it was amazing to see such a worn-down house brought back to life. We were originally planning to re-stucco the whole thing (about 8,000 square feet!), but thanks to their work, we’re thrilled with the existing stucco and the gorgeous look they created. My wife and I are absolutely blown away – it’s truly stunning! We’ve used Sergio’s team to paint our other house too, and we’re just as impressed. People have been asking about them, and I’m more than happy to recommend them – you won’t find better workmanship these days.” report abuse

  “I’m really disappointed with my recent experience. While Sergio was great when we initially met, things went terribly wrong after the job was started. Several items from our original estimate weren’t completed, and despite multiple calls, texts, and emails to Sergio, we haven’t received any response or resolution. It’s been a couple of weeks of complete silence – he’s just ignored us. To add to the frustration, some paint started peeling on our doors, and we were hoping to avoid needing to hire someone else to fix it. It’s a shame because Sergio was pleasant initially, but the lack of communication and follow-through is unacceptable and unprofessional. I’ll update my review if and when we get a response from him.” report abuse
