  Overall, I’m very happy with the outcome of this roofing project. While the initial stages had a little bit of uncertainty, the sales team were fantastic – genuinely helpful and never pushy, which I really appreciated. But the biggest factor in my satisfaction was speaking with Production Manager Walker. He was incredibly honest and easy to talk to, and he really put my mind at ease. He kept me fully informed throughout the process and ensured I was happy with everything BCR, himself, and the roofing crew were doing.
