  “I couldn't be happier with the work [Company Name] did on my house! They recently replaced the roof on my older home near Huntingdon College in Montgomery, and it looks absolutely fantastic. From start to finish, the experience was fantastic – they were incredibly prompt and efficient, and Lisa in the office was always friendly and communicative. The whole roof replacement took just one day, and the pricing was very reasonable. Plus, I really appreciated the length and scope of the warranties they offered. To top it all off, John Sullivan, the company owner, even personally visited after the job was done to make sure I was completely satisfied. Highly recommend!” report abuse

  “I was really disappointed with this company. I contacted them three times, leaving multiple voicemails, but never received a return call. Finally, I got through to someone who said they’d have the owner call me, and I gave them my address, but I never heard back. To my surprise, I found their business card on my doorstep. When I called to request an estimate, it was $9,500 – which seemed fair. I mentioned Alabama Power offers financing, and they asked to be added to the supplier list. They agreed, but then unexpectedly refused to complete the necessary paperwork, even though Alabama Power was handling it. Honestly, it felt like they didn’t care about helping us. Because of this lack of communication and responsiveness, I’d strongly recommend finding another roofing company that truly values its customers. It seems like their level of service would reflect in the quality of their work as well.” report abuse
