  “I can’t recommend Sherman Creel Roofing. We made a huge mistake considering them. We got a quote in January of 2021 to replace a storm-damaged room, and from that point on, we were constantly pushed aside. Despite repeated delays, the latest timeline still showed a July completion date. They initially refused to cover the small area over our garage to prevent further leaks until we signed a contract, and even then, we faced constant postponements. They eventually did cover the area with some light roofing paper, but it only took about 30 minutes – apparently a $480 ‘out-of-town repair cost’ despite being just 30 minutes away from their offices. It was clear they were using leftover material from another job. Honestly, Sherman Creel should be ashamed of the way they treated us.” report abuse
