  “Honestly, this was a really frustrating experience. We invested a significant amount – over $20,000 – and ended up with far more problems than we initially anticipated. We spent nearly 100 emails and countless phone calls just trying to get the work completed, but the interior renovations were never started. To add to the issues, the roofing crew disappeared, leaving a huge mess and broken equipment behind. They even damaged our air conditioning and electrical systems – it was a complete disaster.” report abuse
