  Honestly, I was really disappointed with my experience. Manager Brad Ledbetter seemed determined to dismiss my concern about the dead battery on the lift I rented. He didn't even let me explain the situation and immediately jumped to the conclusion that I was trying to get a refund, which I wasn’t. I ended up having to buy a new battery myself to complete a job. Also, the automated phone system’s after-hours and weekend prompts were confusing and unhelpful. Finally, the staff at the counter didn’t offer any guidance or information about what to do if I encountered any problems – it felt like I was on my own. report abuse

  “These guys are fantastic – genuinely helpful and responsive. I really appreciate that they stick with you, especially if there’s an issue on my end. It’s great to talk to a real person who actually answers the phone, and they seem to specialize in working with contractors, so it’s best to call about equipment needs for that type of work.   “I rented a propane arc welder from this company for a job in Montgomery, and unfortunately, the experience was really frustrating. They didn’t include the necessary electrode holder and clamp, forcing me to buy one myself. Worse still, we ran out of propane and when we tried to get a refill, the tank was past its inspection date – it was from 1999! We had to replace the entire tank. Throughout the whole process, the company was completely unresponsive; they wouldn’t return our calls, and when someone finally did answer, they just promised to get back to us and never followed through. I definitely won’t be using them again.” report abuse

  “I rented a dump trailer from them and unfortunately, the battery was completely dead when I picked it up. I plugged it in overnight hoping it would charge, but the next day it barely lifted the trailer before the battery died again. I ended up having to constantly use jumper cables to get it working, which really slowed down my project. To be honest, the only compensation I received was a small discount of $10 – it felt pretty inadequate considering the hassle. It was a really frustrating experience, and it’s definitely made up my mind; this was my first and last rental with this company.” report abuse

  “Overall, this was a really disappointing experience. The customer service felt incredibly condescending, like they were doing *me* a favor rather than assisting a customer. Adding to that, the management and security staff seemed to be overstepping boundaries and acting entitled. Frankly, it felt like they weren’t valuing our business. I definitely won’t be renting from them again – they need to focus on treating customers with respect and understanding.” report abuse

  “I was really taken aback by their process – they insisted on collecting my driver’s license and phone number just to give me a rental quote. Plus, their prices were noticeably higher than the other place down the street. It took me a solid ten minutes just to sort that out, and I can only imagine how much longer it would take someone else.” report abuse
