  Adam was absolutely fantastic – seriously the best customer service I’ve received in years. He went above and beyond, personally taking care of fixing the issue with the excavator track when the maintenance team was out to lunch. It was incredibly easy working with him. report abuse

  “I was initially happy to find the part I needed in stock, but I was really disappointed by the incredibly high price. Honestly, charging five times what a part is worth locally is unacceptable. I always try to support local businesses, but this felt like a complete rip-off. It’s clear they haven't considered current market prices, and I definitely won’t be buying parts from Loader Services again.
