  “I’ve been really impressed with the team here – they’re consistently helpful and go above and beyond, even when they’re busy. I really appreciated one guy who took the time to not only help me load my vehicle but also patiently answered all my questions. It was a little disruptive when another customer interrupted, but the Sunbelt team member handled it perfectly by asking the other customer to wait. What I especially value is that they genuinely seem to give each customer individual attention, which made me feel like I was being treated as a priority.   Overall, the reservation and rental process was smooth and easy, and the staff at the office were very professional and helpful. I appreciated their knowledge. However, my experience upon returning the equipment – specifically with the warehouse staff – was disappointing and impacted my rating. While the price was slightly higher than another rental I’d used recently, the interaction with the warehouse team during the return was the biggest issue. I’d really prefer a more streamlined return process with minimal interaction with the warehouse. If help isn’t available, I’d recommend simply dropping off the equipment and heading straight to the office to finalize the return. report abuse

  “It’s incredibly frustrating – the lift wasn’t delivered as scheduled. I’d been told it would arrive at 1 pm, and I specifically informed my manager of that time. However, it didn’t show up until 1:45 pm, and when I checked, it still wasn’t there. I was then told it was 25 minutes late, and I’m still waiting for it to arrive.” report abuse
