The installers were polite and knowledgeable, and Leonard was especially great – he took the time to explain the units and the payment options clearly. After having a cooling issue, Johnny responded so promptly on Monday and resolved the problem that same afternoon.   “I was really pleased with Arizona Trade Masters – they recently installed a new Trane air conditioner and heater for me, replacing a 13-year-old unit. Their price was much better than other quotes I’d gotten, and they were incredibly fast; the units arrived within a week and they were installed just a day after I started looking. The technicians did a fantastic job – they were efficient, didn’t make a mess, and took care of removing my old unit. Brady G. was also fantastic, patiently answering all my questions and explaining the warranty details.   I had Arizona Trademasters do an estimate for replacing my air conditioners, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Leonard was fantastic – really easy to talk to, super knowledgeable, and he was completely honest. Their initial estimate was significantly lower than what two other companies quoted, so I asked him to take another look. After a thorough two-hour assessment, the estimate did go up a little, but it was still a great deal. I ended up hiring them, and the installation team of four was fantastic! They arrived on time, were incredibly polite and kept the work area spotless. The whole installation took just six hours – it was truly remarkable.
