  “Scott and his team were fantastic – truly a professional and respectful group. We were so relieved to find them back after a few days away, as we’d experienced some pretty intense storms with violent surges. Unfortunately, one of those surges overloaded the surge protector Scott had installed, causing damage to our computer and other electronics. Scott was incredibly helpful, walking me through some fixes over the phone that got the AC running again. He quickly assessed the full extent of the damage and got everything repaired promptly. He even gave us some excellent advice on installing a surge protector on our main electrical panel to prevent this from happening again. Living here in the Arizona Valley, having a responsive AC team like Scott’s is a huge benefit, especially during the hot summers. We’re so grateful to have connected with them!” report abuse
