  “We’ve had a really frustrating experience with Goettl for years now. They’ve consistently struggled with communication, provided inaccurate information, and even left things unfinished, like not putting fuses back in their boxes. Recently, they quoted us a hefty $473 to fix our whip, claiming it was a fire hazard after a quick inspection and a long wait in their van. It felt like a blatant attempt to upsell us. Thankfully, we got a second opinion from REEis A/C, and the difference was incredible! James was fantastic – friendly, professional, and completely transparent. He quickly and simply fixed the whip by just pushing it back into place. He also pointed out a serious issue we hadn’t been told about – our dryer lint was constantly blowing back into the house. After scheduling a follow-up, James cleaned the dryer vent, and the system is running so much more efficiently. It’s clear REEis is a much more reliable and customer-focused company, and we’re canceling our Goettl membership – particularly that annoying Sadie membership – and switching our business over to them.” report abuse

He was fantastic on my first day – incredibly polite, knowledgeable, and took the time to really understand and thoroughly inspect the problem with my AC. Cassie was fantastic – incredibly responsive, she quickly answered all my questions and worked to get my inspection and installation scheduled perfectly around my busy timeline. She even went above and beyond by being available to talk on a Saturday while I was getting estimates. The installation crew was also fantastic; they were punctual, incredibly considerate of my animals, and kept my house spotless.
