  “I’ve always been very happy with Reeis’ HVAC services – they consistently provided good service at reasonable prices. However, my most recent experience was really disappointing. After a technician identified a faulty gas valve in my furnace, the initial replacement didn’t fix the problem, and then a week later they determined the control board needed replacing at an absolutely exorbitant price. I did some research myself and discovered they were marking up the board by over 400% – it was daylight robbery! I contacted them twice to request a review of the price, but I never received a response. Thankfully, a different company diagnosed the issue as a simple loose connection, something that should have been caught by any qualified technician. I was incredibly frustrated with Reeis’ handling of the situation. Then, to my surprise, Todd, the owner, personally reached out to me and refunded my entire payment, including the second service. He also insisted on a free inspection of my entire system. This level of dedication and willingness to make things right completely turned things around. It’s clear that Reeis truly values its customers, and I’m so grateful for their effort to regain my trust. I’m now giving them a 5-star rating – they’ve absolutely redeemed themselves!” report abuse

  Omar was fantastic – really professional, friendly, and clearly knowledgeable about the issue. He quickly diagnosed the problem, and then proactively realized the potential for damage to some electrical components if he continued working in the rain. He was smart to reschedule for a drier day and, importantly, kept us warm while we waited for the replacement parts to arrive.
