  Overall, we were really pleased with the 6-stage RO system. Since we’d never had one before, the whole process – from scheduling to installation – was incredibly smooth and easy. The installers were fantastic – professional, friendly, and they explained everything really well. And, of course, the water tastes fantastic!   I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience with American Home Water and Air. As a licensed electrician with 20 years of experience and a business owner, I felt it was important to share my story. I hired them for three projects – two vacation rentals and work on my own home – all involving ductless mini-split installations. Initially, things seemed okay, but a serious problem arose when I discovered none of the jobs had the necessary permits. I’m now working with the city to address this and hold them accountable. The second job was a 7/10 because one of the units leaked, and the technician admitted it wasn’t properly installed. However, the biggest issue was on my own property. I found the electrical connections were shockingly shoddy – a completely unprofessional and dangerous installation. It was clear they didn’t use a qualified electrician, and frankly, it was a serious fire hazard. When I contacted my sales representative, Evan, to express my concerns, he offered a paltry $500 credit, claiming it was for a "temporary hookup." This was a blatant lie and completely unacceptable. They tried to mislead me about the permanent nature of the install, and the risks involved were incredibly concerning. Because of this, I’m pursuing legal action and working with the city to ensure they correct their mistakes. I urge homeowners to be extremely cautious when considering American Home Water and Air – specifically, to carefully verify the wiring and permits on any work they perform. Don’t rely on promises; demand proper, permitted electrical work. report abuse

  “I just wanted to share how incredibly impressed I am with AHWA. Ruben and Collin did a fantastic job yesterday – they were so patient, really took their time, and kept everything so clean. The way they handled cutting through my ceiling was particularly reassuring. It was great to see one guy cutting while the other carefully collected all the debris. Trey and the other young man finished the job today with the same level of professionalism. Everyone on the team is just so polite and caring, and it really made a tough time much easier for me. I especially want to thank the management team for their support throughout the whole process – they were truly dedicated to making sure my machine was repaired, and I wholeheartedly recommend AHWA!” report abuse
