    Overall, I was very pleased with the work Howard Air did to install my new air conditioning and heating system, and the attic insulation. Cody and Kaleb, along with Taylor and Ethan, were professional and clearly dedicated to doing a great job. I particularly appreciated Kaleb’s attention to detail – he welcomed me, patiently answered all my questions, and even went above and beyond by helping to fix the messy ductwork in the attic, working in some pretty uncomfortable temperatures. Cody was fantastic too; he was incredibly meticulous, ensuring every piece of ductwork was perfectly level, even though no one would ever notice. It was great to see him so committed to excellence. I was fortunate to be able to watch Cody and Kaleb closely, and I was impressed with their teamwork, especially when Kaleb had to maneuver through the small space behind the unit to help Cody. Since the installation, the unit has performed flawlessly, and I wholeheartedly recommend Howard Air – it’s been a truly positive experience. report abuse

    “I couldn’t be happier with the service we received from Howard Air. Company A had given us a really high estimate and a $95 diagnostic fee for a refrigerant leak, but Howard Air stepped in and offered a completely free second opinion. Cody was fantastic – incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and really took the time to explain everything clearly. Not only did he diagnose the problem, but his repair estimate was a full 30% lower than Company A’s! To top it off, he even added refrigerant to get our air conditioning back up and running while they ordered the necessary parts – and he didn’t charge us a single penny. Seriously, it was the best AC service I’ve had in my 40 years of living in Arizona. I highly recommend calling Howard Air first – you won’t be disappointed!” report abuse

Isaac Sackett arrived promptly and immediately started diagnosing the problem with my heat pump – it was blowing cold air, which was particularly frustrating considering it’s the start of January! He took plenty of photos to document everything and clearly explained the different repair options and associated costs. I really appreciated that I had the final say on what work needed to be done. Isaac was incredibly knowledgeable and thorough, and I felt completely confident in his assessment.
