Ariel did a really thorough job with my fall check-up and it was great to discuss the dust issue since I got my new HVAC last year. I was surprised – and grateful – that Ariel went above and beyond. The technician I spoke with in April had told me my ducts weren’t dirty, but Ariel really showed me how much dust had built up. He brought a towel inside and demonstrated it himself, and then he had me check it out with him. It was pretty shocking to see how dirty they were, but I really appreciate him taking the time to explain everything and show me firsthand. As the original homeowner, I’ve never had my ducts cleaned before, and I’m hoping this will finally solve the problem. I can’t recommend Ariel enough – he’s incredibly thorough and knowledgeable.

“I scheduled a quote appointment with Howard Air through their online system, which was a bit cumbersome with all the questions. I received a confirmation text and had two available slots for today, July 23rd. Unfortunately, the appointment didn’t happen and I haven’t heard anything back from them – it’s now midday. It’s frustrating when a company doesn’t follow up. Honestly, it feels like some businesses can get away with subpar service these days, and I’m considering other HVAC dealers in the Phoenix area who seem to prioritize customer service more. I’m looking for a reliable company and definitely doing my research before committing.”

He’s incredibly honest, hardworking, and always takes the time to explain things clearly.
