I’ve used them on a few different projects – carpet stretching, appliance installation, drywall repair, and some plumbing – and they’ve consistently delivered fantastic results. What really stood out was their incredible attention to detail; Steven always made sure everything was done perfectly. He’s also fantastic at keeping us updated on the progress of the work and is just genuinely a pleasure to work with.   Honestly, I’m incredibly disappointed with this company. I hired them to put up Christmas lights on my house, paid the full price upfront, and was assured they’d remove them shortly after the holidays. However, they haven’t responded to any of my calls or emails since, and it’s now the end of January and they still haven’t scheduled a removal. The owner, Steven, has been completely unresponsive and unprofessional, which has left me with no choice but to hire someone else to handle the removal myself.   Honestly, finding a trustworthy contractor was my biggest worry when I finally bought my house. But working with Steven was such a relief!
