I’m extremely concerned about the behavior I’ve witnessed during this service. There’s a consistent pattern of aggressive driving – specifically, drivers deliberately cutting me off and nearly causing a collision. It’s incredibly dangerous and frankly, frightening. The driver in question was tailgating and then nearly hit me while attempting to pass. It’s unacceptable that drivers seem to disregard basic traffic laws and safety. I truly believe mandatory defensive driving courses are necessary in Arizona; the lack of awareness is alarming. I’m worried that this driver’s actions could lead to a serious accident and potentially a fatality.

I’m really concerned about the behavior I witnessed on I-17 heading north this Friday evening around 6:00 PM. The driver in the white truck was incredibly aggressive, constantly weaving between lanes and flashing his brights, even though we were stuck in heavy traffic. It seemed like he wasn’t understanding the need to maintain a safe following distance, and he was repeatedly trying to pass on the right despite the cars ahead of him. Honestly, it was frightening, especially with my children in the car who were clearly scared by his actions. After a tense few minutes, he finally managed to pass, but immediately got stuck in the same traffic, and I ended up behind him.

I was really frustrated initially because I arrived with paint on my car and my wife’s car due to some construction nearby. My experience with the on-site manager was also quite poor. However, I want to give a huge shout-out to Teresa, who handles customer relations for this job. She was absolutely fantastic – so kind and genuinely wanting to help. She quickly connected me with the job site’s boss, who was also very friendly and listened to my concerns, and has promised to keep me updated on the resolution. It’s really reassuring to see upper management stepping in like this to fix things.

“Haydon really went above and beyond on the Happy Valley Road project. They were incredibly hardworking and consistently friendly, always willing to lend a hand. I particularly appreciated working with Brett – he was a great guy, and the whole team did a fantastic job; the road looks absolutely brilliant.”

“I really love working with this team – it feels like a true family environment. Naturally, we have disagreements from time to time, but we address them constructively and learn a lot from each other. I value this collaborative growth and believe it’s absolutely crucial for us to be the best possible representation for our clients and attract others who share our dedication and passion.”

“It was pretty entertaining to watch – a group of guys were observing a worker operating an excavator, and they seemed to be enjoying themselves while driving their own trucks.”
-
“I was driving on the 202 near the Dobbins exit around 4:40 am when I saw one of your trucks speeding down the highway. The driver was weaving through traffic and nearly hit us, and it looked like he was also on his phone.”
-
“I wanted to give feedback about the officers working at the Waddell station today. They didn’t seem to be properly monitoring the road closures, and when I tried to politely bring it to their attention, one of the officers reacted in a completely inappropriate and upsetting way – he was very agitated and reacted like a child. It seemed like he was more focused on his phone than on his duties.”

I checked all seven buildings at 175 S Hamilton Place, and unfortunately, your mail was found in Suite 113.
-
“I wanted to bring something to your attention regarding driver safety. I was unfortunately a passenger in a vehicle operated by one of your employees, and he nearly caused an accident by cutting me off while clearly distracted by his phone. I strongly recommend reinforcing the importance of drivers putting their phones away while on the freeway.”
